Hot tubs create natural friendly atmospheres for microorganisms to thrive, this is mainly due to the hot temperature and the relative heavy use of water. Legionella growth in biofilm eg inner tubes is one aspect that needs additional attention.
The biological growth and creation of the biofilm will foster the various microorganisms such as E-e-coli, pseudomonas (origin in human excretions).
Chlorine dioxide kills pathogenic microorganisms such as Cryptosporidium parvum, which is one of the most chlorine resistant aquatic pathogens.
Chlorine dioxide is respectful of Human Health and is not affected by variations in PH.

Treatment
